How to find & view photos
There are 5 ways to help you find your event:
Latest Events - This is a list of events that have taken place over the last 14 days, broken down into sport categories.
Search by Date - If you know the date you can select a list of events that took place on that specific day.
Events by Sport - All our events broken down into various sport or event type categories.
Event Search - A simple search box, try typing just part of the club or event name to get the best results.
A-Z of Events - If all else fails, this is a complete list of all events by event name.
Please Note - Events are usually stored against the event name or the name of the club where the event took place - not necessarily the club that you represent.
When you find a photo you're interested in, make sure that you add it to your PhotoBox. This is a really useful feature that means that your photos are always saved with your account and that you don't have to spend time finding them again.
Using and customising your PhotoBox
When you first register with DE Photo, a default PhotoBox is automatically created for you. Once you have added some photos, you can then organise them to suit your needs.
You can create any number of PhotoBoxes and rename them however you like. Perhaps you want a separate PhotoBox for each child, or different ones for each event. You can easily move photos between PhotoBoxes by simply dragging and dropping them.
Your PhotoBoxes are saved for you for whenever you next visit, providing you with a permanent memory from all of the events you have attended.
How to choose products
When you've found your photos, you can choose what products you like. We have a large range, from a mounted or framed photo to large posters and a wide range of exciting gifts such as jigsaws, pencil cases and mugs, all of which make fantastic keepsakes or surprise gifts for family and friends.
Simply click on a product from the left hand menu, then "drag and drop" a photo from your PhotoBox at the top onto the product. Select any special options or sizes and input any special instructions and then click "Add to order" to add your photo or gift to your cart.
How to checkout
Our checkout is both safe and secure. All credit card transactions are handled in the most secure manner possible by PayPal's Payment Pro system. In addition, our website is verified by Veri-Sign as a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email or you can see the status by clicking on "My Account" at the top, and then selecting My Orders.
