Silverlight Help for PC users

Please visit the Microsoft Silverlight page below to verify if you have Silverlight installed on your PC (this is required to view photos).

If Silverlight is installed correctly on your PC you should see this message:



If it is not installed it will show this:



Select ‘Click to Install’, click ‘Run’ whenever prompted.

Finally, select ‘Install now’




Installing Silverlight alongside Oracle

If you are installing the Silverlight plugin on to a computer which has Oracle installed you may see the following window:



If this is the case you should download the Silverlight Installer ZIP file extract it to your computer and run the file 'Silverlight.msi'
