If Silverlight is installed correctly on your PC you should see this message:



If it is not installed it will show this:



Select ‘Click to Install’, click ‘Run’ whenever prompted.

Finally, select ‘Install now’




Installing Silverlight alongside Oracle

If you are installing the Silverlight plugin on to a computer which has Oracle installed you may see the following window:



If this is the case you should download the Silverlight Installer ZIP file extract it to your computer and run the file 'Silverlight.msi'
